If a lack of subscribers is the reason then it is Britbox’s fault not the subscribers pricing and content was good when it came in but new shows were slow coming and not enough – I do not watch repeats so once watched. Some of teh really old stuff is just unwatchable so I want new(ish) stuff. BBC/ITV content on the DSTV channels is sadly lacking with continual re-runs and a glut of game shows that I can only take so much of. I will miss Britbox but only because of its failure to deliver quality and quantity continuously. I guess it is back to Prime …

Some as short as only 6 episodes, then you wait an entire year for another 6, which you then watch over a single weekend. They are also extremely slow in adding new content. Months go by with nothing new to watch, while shows added ages ago are still advertised as “new”. A lot of the content is also actually ancient, like comedy shows from the 1980s. It’s quite pathetic actually.
