There definitely are local (SA-owned) data centres with the skills to host and support local businesses who don’t have (or need) self-hosting. Having said that though, it would be great if services hosted with Big Internationals, like Microsoft or Huawei, on their local data centres would be uninterrupted by overseas cabling problems.
