Whose tax is it that funds SABC? Whose forced annual licence fees?

The DA and should never have been refused.
There were no good reasons for it.
The SABC, and to a lesser degree other broadcasters appear still very much toeing the line in ANC thoughts, outdated, archaic policies. Broadcasters, their journos are in general still very poorly informed, too timid to ask critical questions.
As a whole the SABC is still a ruling party aligned institution.

Say what? Since when? They are the last group I would trust with nation building!
