Parts of the legal system we are in can't operate without full links to the international postal union. And some legal docs cant operate with 'monetary value' stamps and a fast and 'effective' Registered Mail system! One month to receive a notification slip of a Registered Mail item and when you go immediately to the PO with it, you find they've returned it to Durban ! Worse is,they don't know who to 'contact' there, to get it resent! Result another 3 + week delay!
