Notes of conferences, workshops, meetings, thoughts on the fly by hand or on the keyboard at clients, restaurants, airport lounges and even on the flight back home. Massive productivity tool! Especially with a hack to turn notes linked to my calendar into an annual journal. No current apps beat it’s ease of use. One set of notes I took was used to support my client contact in the organisation during the disciplinary case between it and my contact. My typos added to the authenticity of my report. Haha.
