This IRP2023 plan is bad both for the environment and the economy. Smells of vested interests to me. The reality is renewable energy is the fastest, cheapest and best option to invest in now. Even before considering externalised costs like global warming, air pollution and astma etc.

You are way too kind, Busi. Business has done all the heavy lifting. Government’s contribution has been to, at least partially, get out of the way. As you say, the IRP2023 reflects the views of the Fossil himself, and has little relation to either reality or to our country’s needs.
