Perhaps DStv should look at the fundamental issue as to why such platforms exist and do well. It's because they didn't listen to their customers for years. There is a bigger issue.

Its not a scheme. It may be illegal, but its a working service. So many people is subscribed to it and watch Dstv for a discounted rate.
