Are her staff going to have a say in this change? Did she give any thought to the ramifications of doing that? How is cancelling Sygnia’s medical aid going to affect her staff? How is she going to ensure that her staff have the same quality cover with whatever other medical aid she decides to switch to? And did she think about how long it will take to make this significant change? It could take months – or years, depending on how many staff she has. In the meantime, what will happen to those people?

Running off to the media screaming that "I am cancelling everything…" shows a bit of a lack of discretion.

I'm glad I'm not a Sygnia client! I wouldn't want such irrational people managing my money.
